Logistický varovný systém v procesu řízení zásob

Abstract

Aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current setting of warning logistical proces of inventory managment in Faurecia company, which operates in car industry. The theoretical part explains the concept of logistic, inventory, inventory managment. In the practical part of this work is characteristics of the company Faurecia. Then the thesis discusses the analysis of actual inventory managment. There are characterised the main logistic areas as a customer logistics an internal logistics and a supply logistics where are describes warning logistic process. In conclusion, the request measures and solutions to improve the current situation.
