Použití projektového řízení v oblasti informačních systémů v těžebních podnicích

Abstract

In my thesis I am dealing with application of project management for successful realization of project in information system area. The theoretical part is general characteristics of project management in information systems. There are introduced the main characteristic features, basic concepts, methods of organizing, particular stages, nonsreccess reasons and chosen methods and access which support development of information systems. At the same time there are given examples of its application in mining enterprises. The aim of practical part is to analyze and retrospectively evaluate process of realisation of the concrete project. There is evaluation and comparison of way of piloting and discharging of project targets with the theoretical part. On the basis of findings there are given proposals and possible methodical arrangements, which could bring project improvement in the given firm.
