Privatizace obecního bytového fondu

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of privatization of the housing stock in the Ostrava city. There are also described the methods of housing privatization in the Czech Republic, the analysis of housing privatization in selected municipality and a comparison of the procedures and interpretation of results. The aim of the thesis is analysis of the used methods in the privatization of the housing stock to a specifically selected examples and comparison of the differences between the prices at urban districts privatizing of entrusted property and market prices. Further is approached the development of a basic concept of housing policy in the Czech Republic and in the villages and explained the legal concept of privatization of public housing and it's applications.
