Řízení projektu pomocí Microsoft Project 2007

Abstract

Bachelor study is oriented on project management questions and on its practical usage in daily life by means of Microsoft Project 2007 tool. At first chapter fundamental terms of project management as project and project management are analyzed together with dividing project into its specific parts. After that, thanks to project way of thinking is defined principle of decreasing marginal profit from raising quality of project. Project is divided in 5 basic periods (concept, planning, realization, handover and evaluation) at the end of theoretical part. At practical chapter, which is based on these divisions, theoretical knowledge is applied to the concrete project: Bachelor study. On last pages of bachelor study are mentioned recommendations for project managers and their possible work with program Microsoft Project 2007 as well as recommendations for company Microsoft with the tips, how to improve this program for next versions.
