Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what influence the multicultural team has on the performance in the organization. The theoretical part describes the theoretical starting points as methods and techniques of processing, culture, national culture, cultural dimensions, teams and performance factors are. In the practical part there are applied the methods of processing in the selected organization in the form of questionnaires and interview. Then, according to the results, the impact of multicultural teams on performance is assessed.
