Motivace spolupracovníků v multi-levelové společnosti

Abstract

The theoretical part of the bachelor project describes basic concepts and theories related to motivation.The findings concerning the objectives and problems that are an essential part of motivation are mentioned . The aim of ZFP academy company presentation was introducing the company, its business partners, subsidiary companies and especially its educational system and the system of rewarding. The practical part is devoted to written questionnaire outcomes. The current state of motivation of co-workers in the company belonging to a specific business network has been studied with the goal of making proposals and recommendations of the motivation improvement in the future.
