Nový způsob hodnocení kvality videa

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to bring a new method for video quality evaluation, that will use elements of artificial intelligence and allows to interconnect results obtained from video objective and subjective assessment methods. Nowadays, it is problematic how to interpret objective score (QoS) from the subjective point of view (QoE) of end-users. No unified interpretation scale has existed so far for both approaches so it is difficult to determine the satisfactory level for end-users obtained from objective assesment. Research in this field is focused on creating of hybrid metrics, however no adequate outputs can be expected in near future. The interconnection between nowadays the most used metrics of both categories seems to be a missing step toward effective video quality evaluation.
