Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the attitude of entrepreneurs in the field of tax legislation and employment in accommodation and food service activities in the Olomouc Region. This is a research using a questionnaire survey. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one deals with the industry in general, the second chapter focuses on the legislation in the sector, the third chapter contains an assessment of the questionnaire survey.
