Analýza stavu zásob ve společnosti na business trhu

Abstract

The theme of my bachelor thesis is The Inventory Analysis in the Company at the Business Market. The aim of the thesis was to propound an optimal solution for inventory management. The base of the thesis is ABC analysis, which has been realized by more than 2000 items during three years. The thesis is composed of seven chapters. Chapter One is introductory and describes the purpose of the thesis. Chapter Two is subdivided into two parts and the company is there described by force of economic indexes. Chapter Three is theoretic and includes i.a. the theory of inventory and the ABC analysis at same. The chapter is subdivided into seven parts. Chapter Four is focused on the methodology of collecting and processing of data. The inventory analysis is described in the Chapter Five in three parts. Part One describes the analysis stages, the results of the first analysis stage are illustrated in Part Two and the results of the second analysis stage are illustrated in Part Three. Chapter Six contains the recommendations and data evaluation and Chapter Seven is the conclusion.
