Možnosti přeměny kulturně-historického brownfieldu na stavbu s minimalizací vlivů na ŽP (UFO, Krásná)

Abstract

The first objective of this master's thesis is to propose a cultural - historical brownfield for a "UFO" structure. Based on the cultural and historical significance of the UFO object, this thesis assesses whether there can be a brownfield site established as a cultural monument. The second objective of this master's thesis is to evaluate the possibility of transforming the brownfield into a structure that minimizes its impact on the environment. This includes a 3D visualization of the proposed solution and a plan for a possible future use of the brownfield. This thesis is divided two sections, namely the research and practical part. The practical part is presented in the form of a case study.
