Návrh projektu počítačové učebny na střední škole

Abstract

This bachelor thesis named „Project Proposal of the Computer Labs at Secondary School“ deals with proposal of a project using a modern method of a project management. Project management is related to all areas of today´s world and education is not an exception. As part of this work was created a project proposal for a new computer lab. This bachelor thesis except theoretical part, where are discussed the central terms from project management, project lifecycle, project stakeholders, described several methos using in project management and software support of project management, focuses on the practical part, which contains analysis of current situation, proces project proposal using CPM, the Gantt chart output, proccessing costs, risk analysisi and countermeasure and in the assessment part are proposed options for future development of information technology in school.
