Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis of selected activities in the human resources department in Decin Municipal. The author of the thesis will advise some steps in order to improve current state of situation on the basis of analysis evaluation. The first part of my diploma thesis deals with description of Decin Municipal, where the analysis took place. In the next part is given analysis account of current state of selected activities in the human resources department. This is followed by questionnaire investigation of citizens’ satisfaction with municipal staff’ s work. In the final and the most important part of my thesis are given suggestions and recommendations in order to improve the current state of situation.
