Analýza a zhodnocení hospodaření statutárního města

Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the corporate city’s economics. Except the introduction defining the elementary areas this diploma theses deals with and conclusion summarizing found facts, this diploma thesis contains three parts, which lead to achieving the stated goals and verification the hypotheses. The second part focuses on the characteristics of the corporate cities in the Czech Republic and their individual authorities defined by Act of Municipalities. The third chapter deals with the chosen corporate city of Opava, its individual districts, with specific budget analysis for the selected period. The main part, fourth chapter deals with legal possibilities for cases of eventual separation of the districts from the Corporate city. Based on these findings the hypothetical budget is calculated, which is then compared with the current one.
