Stanovení hodnoty velkoobchodu

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty velkoobchodu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. V úvodu je popsán cíl práce a jednotlivé kapitoly. Teoretická východiska nutná pro oceňování podniku jsou uvedena ve druhé části práce. Následuje charakterizování podniku, kde bude také provedena analýza okolí, finanční analýza a finanční plán. Čtvrtá část práce se bude zabývat výpočtem konkrétních metod oceňování. V kapitole Syntéza výsledků budou sloučeny hodnoty zjištěné jednotlivými metodami oceňování do výsledné hodnoty. V závěru byl zhodnocen celkový postup využitý v této práci.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the valuation of wholesale company. The thesis is divided into five parts. The introduction part is focused on the aim of this Thesis. The chapters are described in this part, too. Theoretical starting points important for the valuation of the company are mentioned in the second part. The next chapter is about the characterization of the company, there is also the analysis of surroundings, the financial analysis and the financial plan. The fourth part of the thesis consists of the calculation of the valuating methods. In the chapter called The Synthesis of the results, the values determined due to the methods of the valuating to the final value are brought together. In the last part of the thesis there is the overall process used in this thesis.
