Vyhodnocení vybraných aspektů sociálního a zdravotního pojištění v České republice a ve vybrané zemi Evropské unie

Abstract

This diploma thesis compares and evaluates selected aspects of social and health insurance in the Czech Republic and the selected European Union country, specifically in the Federal Republic of Germany. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of social and health insurance in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. Interpretation of diploma thesis is focused on employees and self-employed people. The practical part is focused on the comparison and a proposal to optimize social and health insurance in both selected countries. In the conclusion of the practical part, it is based on the found information that suggests options for possible optimization of social and health insurance. Those optimizations are proposed in the form of introducing statutory accident insurance and in tightening the conditions for obtaining social benefits.
