Ekotoxikologické hodnocení biouhlu

Abstract

This thesis is focused to the ecotoxicological evaluation of biochar and biochar overall. It’s dividend into 2 parts, research, and practice, in the first part is summarizes basic knowledge terminology and legislation dealing with biochar. For the practical part were selected samples of pyrolytic carbon from power plants MPA Burgau in Germany. It was tested samples by potential ecotoxicity ecotoxicological tests on organism Folsomia candida. The measurement results were then compared with those issued legislation and assessed. In research ecotoxicity it was found that the test organisms Folsomia candida are able to withstand high concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Cd ...). Conversely, Ecotoxicity affect chlorides and other metal salts.
