Metoda měření krevního průtoku dilucí glukózy

Abstract

This diploma dissertation deals with measurement of heart output using dilution method with the help of glucose solution as an indicator. In the diploma dissertation values gained from in vivo tests are compared with those ones resulting from computer model of glucose dilution. Further on the dissertation deals with application which was created and should serve for quicker and simpler record of values and calculation of heart output during clinical tests. Besides this application there is also described created hardware which should make measurements during clinical testing more accurate by enabling continuous record of glucose values in blood.
