Abstract

This bachelor thesis primarily acquaints the reader with the concept of business model and its application to a small company like a café. It also legislates the forms of business and trade. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is a finished model of the company, subjected to its analysis. This analysis is financial, strategic and competitive. The tools of this analysis are balance sheet, profit and loss statement, break even point, cross impact matrix and SWOT analysis. The result is a business model with analysis, which can serve as a guide for future entrepreneurs in this field.
