Oceňování nemovitého majetku

Abstract

The aim of the thesis „Valuation of Real Estate Property“ is an analysis of possible ways of valuing property in the Czech Republic and an application of these methods in determining the value of the selected property publicly owned. The first part is focused on the description, characteristics and principles of the methodologies for valuation of real property. The folowing chapter is addresed to administrative valuation and market valuation of selected properties. The final part of this bachelor thesis summarizes and analyzes the valuation methods applied and gives recommendations for the valuation practice. In this thesis there is used the method of analysis, synthesis and comparison.
