Využití projektového řízení v implementaci investičního projektu

Abstract

The aim of my diploma dissertation will be using the methods and principles of project management to analyze the situation and plan the reconstruction of the cultural center in Velká nad Veličkou. The purpose is mainly determined using decision analysis which will be the best option for dealing with reconstruction and subsequent analysis of time-consuming option of using MS Project 2007.

This diploma dissertation will be divided into several sections, the first and second are purely theoretical and than will be follow the practical part. In the first chapter I will describe the project management, project, phases of the project and participants in project management. In the second chapter I will describe the various methods used for the practical part of this work, so there will be worked out in detail the logical framework diagram of the causes and consequences, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, CPM and PERT, decision analysis and program MS Project. In third and fourth chapter I will use the methods from the second chapter to solve the problem. The fifth chapter will contain an assessment of work and the possibility of further advancement of the project.
