Technologický postup provádění stropní konstrukce bytového domu v Opavě

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis was working out of the building part of project design of apartment building in Opava and technological part. This bachelor thesis contains covering message, summary technical report, drawing part of project documentation for building permission, technological procedure of the ceiling construction, site facilities of the phase of the ceiling construction, itemized budget of the phase of the ceiling construction and time schedule of the phase of the ceiling construction. Bachelor thesis is solving new apartment building with seven flats and common areas in three floors. Vertical communication is provided by inner staircase. Foundation construction is solved by monolithic concrete foundation strips, roofing by flat roof. Bearing masonry, non-bearing masonry, lintels, and ceiling construction are designed in Porotherm system.
