Viditelnost objektů na komunikacích v noci

Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of object visibility on roads at night. The theoretical part describes the basic legislation of public lighting and its division into classes. It also describes analysis of the current state of the public lighting and, among other things, focuses on parameters negatively affecting visibility on the roads. The content of the practical part is a control measurement of headlights in LIBROS Safe Driving Center Ostrava which was organized in connection with the research task of the Ministry of the Inferior. In the end, the thesis focuses on the optimization of the public lightning system by changing various technical parameters and also the design of an ideal public lighting system.
