Abstract

The aim of my thesis was to get basis of create, which should lead to improve of the business communication from CEMEX Sand, lmd. with their customer. It should bring better eye to individual customer and improve quality of supply products and services too. In the theoretical part I introduced myself with the basic characteristics of the B2B market with the aggregates market and also with the company CEMEX Sand, lmd. Than I have theoretically described process of customer relationship management. In the practical part I made an analysis from information of CEMEX Sand, lmd.´s customers. From the results I created some proposals and suggestions for the company.
