Abstract
The topic of the thesis are the preferences of Generation Y in the working environment. The theoretical part describes individual generations focused on generation Y and also important areas in human resource management. The practical part deals with a particular company. It describes the current state of its individual work areas and also presents the results of a questionnaire survey focused on the representatives of the Y generation. The aim of this work is to evaluate the working preferences of generation Y representatives in a particular company and also to propose appropriate recommendations in selected areas of human resources management.
