Financování výstavby kanalizace v dobrovolném svazku obcí

Abstract

The main focus of following bachelor’s thesis is financing of sewer construction for voluntary union of Povodi Loucka communities. The objective is to analyse and suggest possible financing for this project. The thesis consists of five chapters. First one is dedicated to an introduction. The second chapter is based on theory, where the individual villages are described with their legal foundations and also voluntary merges of villages as a form of unifying. The practical part is presented in the third chapter, where during the observed period of 2009-2012, are closely analysed budgets of individual villages and the finances of the union in whole. The fourth chapter suggests financing, its sources and possible alternative financing for the development. The last chapter evaluates the whole thesis and brings the conclusions to the found objectives.
