Vplyv hedžingových operácií na ekonomiku podniku

Abstract

"The Influence of Hedging Operation on the Company Economy“is the subject of my thesis, that to evaluate the effect of hedging transactions on profit company and subsequently determining the possible vigilance procedures against currency risk in the future. Biocel Paskov a.s. is company which is studied. In the first part of my thesis I try to abstract the conception of risk, methods of hedging and derivatives, comprehensive evaluation indices and methods. In the second part (Chapter 3) I describe and evaluate company´s financial situation by using comprehensive evaluation indices. The last part (Chapter 4) is devoted to exchange of positions and how to close an open position and, finally, what effect will ensure in the future, with forecasted course of scheduled payments. Finally, I bring some advice and recommendations regarding the future, hedging currency risk.
