Abstract

Possibilities of Selected Processes Improvement at Supplier of Automotive Industry The aim of this thesis was to examine the possibility of optimizing the process at supplier of automotive industry, and then analyze the process and define weaknesses, which can be optimized. The first part describes the methodology of process improvement and principles of quality management system. The next section gives a brief characterization of the organization and the products it produces and analysis methods and tools of processes improvement within an organization. The focus of this thesis was the fourth part, which was using the MTM methodology through which it is designed and documented the optimization of selected process.
