Abstract
The thesis deals with investment management. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of investment, their analysis, planning and subsequent evaluation, as well as related financial analysis, including the method of financing. Thesis also describes the project activity and its individual phases, including the evaluation of future theoretical profitability. The practical part deals with the description, analysis and evaluation of the investment plan.
