Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of leasing company. The thesis consists of two parts - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part has two main chapters. The first chapter describes the strategic management in the company and its purposes. The second chapter describes strategic analysis. This chapter defines the main external and internal analysis. In the practical part of the thesis, there is characterized a selected company, which is the subject of this strategic analysis and there is current strategy described. The analysis of the external and internal environment is to perform on the basis of theoretical knowledge. There some opportunities and threats emerged. The analysis of the internal environment defines the strengths and weaknesses of the company. By means of SWOT analysis, individual threats, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the company are evaluated. At the end of the thesis there are suggested possible recommendations for the company resulting from the performed analyzes.
