Tvorba licí kůry u kruhového předlitku

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřená na problematiku tvorby licí kůry u kruhového předlitku. Popisuje vliv technologických faktorů na její růst, ale také na její fyzikální či chemické vlastnosti. Další část práce prezentuje vliv jednotlivých oblastí systému chlazení na kvalitu a kvantitu růstu licí kůry. Zabývá se rovněž problémem vzniku průvalů a možnostmi zamezení jejího vzniku. V experimentální části byl proveden popis a měření růstu licí kůry průvalu kruhového předlitku.

This thesis is focused on the issue creating casting skin in round blank. It describes the influence of technological factors on its growth, but also on its physical and chemical properties. The next part presents the implications of each area of the cooling system has on the quality and quantity of growth casting skin. It also addresses the problem of the break and the possibilities of preventing its occurrence. In the experimental part was carried out description and measurement of growth casting skin on break out of round billets.
