Abstract

The main task of this Bechelor thesis is to acquaint the intrested persons with business relationships in the T-SAFE company based at the town Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. This company has been producing and selling the security safes. Theoretical part of this study is describing the selection process finding the best supplier and the values that the customer perceives. The second part attends to company profile. The another chaptor focuses attantion on the analysis of the currantly purchasers and on the possibilities to win some new customers. Final part of this study makes a propsal how to extend the sphere of customers.
