Abstract
Purpouse of my bachelor thesis is proving of influence between seasonal a consumer purchasing decisions.
My first part of bachelor thesis is theoretical, in which I explain principle of CRM. In second part I analyse on fundament of chosen products sale dependence between chosen season and sale of chosen product. On the end I suggest my own improvement of ALTHEA pharmacy
