Abstract

The work tells about the company Bochemie corp operating in the chemical industry. Objective of the work was the analysis of the competitive in the Condition Trade Company. The whole work is divided into six chapters. The first charter is introduce. The second charter consists of the theoretical information about analysis of the competitive. In the third charter is characteristic of the selected company. Analysis of the competitive in the Condition Trade Company is object of the fourth chapter. This charter is devoted to the Porter's Five Forces Model and market analysis. The fifth charter proposes the recommends for management of company. The last charter is conclusion, where includes summary of whole research.
