Abstract

Aim of my bachelor thesis are management topics, there is primarily described the part of management, which professional literature presents as a managing of working performance. The thesis describes managing of working performance as a systematical and planned process, which improves business performance by developing of team or individual performance. This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. First theoretical part of thesis is focused on clarification of terms like managing of human resources, managing of working performance and evaluation of job performance. This part describes methodology of the work, types of survey and way of questioning. The second part of this bachelor thesis focus on the company where the the research is made. There are basic company characteristics included, its establishment, financial data and scope of the business. In practical part (third part) deales with analysis of employees job performance in specific company. Employee performance is determined by a number of factors, and in particular management, organization itself, their abilities and motivation. I have focused on the motivational factors, I have analyzed it through the questionnaire to get the relevant data directly from the employees. Output of the questionnaire will be measurable preferences of sales representatives in the context of motivation factors. Main focus is given to important factors in the performance of the activities of sales representatives. By analyzing the preferences of sales representatives and validating of hypotheses, relevant indicators will be obtained for partial recommendations and improvement of the current situation of the company.
