The bachelor thesis is focused especially on analyses of annual reports, final account and final account audit by selected non-profit organizations – civil association ROSA, charitable company „Poradna při finanční tísni“ (Financial distress consulting), foundation „Táta a máma“ (Dad and mum) and in indispensable part on a legal regulation analysis (establishment, formation, dissolution of non-profitable organizations).
