Odpovědnost zaměstnavatele za škodu při pracovních úrazech

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the liability of an employer for damage caused by work accident. The diploma thesis consists of 6 chapters and a theoretical and practical part. The introduction to the topic of the diploma thesis is the content of the first chapter and there are also included the used methods used and the goal of the diploma thesis. The second chapter of the thesis deals with the rights and obligations of the employer and employee in the field of accidents at work, liability of employer for accidents at work, including the possibility of relieving the employer of liability for accidents at work. The third chapter is dedicated to statutory insurance and its payment and in this chapter can be also find accounting aspects in connection to accidents at work. The fourth chapter of the diploma thesis is focused on the fulfillment of obligations in the field of work accidents at the selected employer and in the fifth chapter there is evaluation of the fulfillment of these obligations at the selected employer. The last sixth chapter of the diploma thesis contains a conclusion, which contains a detailed evaluation and summary of the discussed issue.
