Abstract

The content of the thesis is the processing of the scanning and the subsequent creation of a 3D model of the Centre for Advanced Innovation Technologies. First part focuses on the theoretical basis of lasers and laser scanning systems. This section describes the lasers, the basic principles of laser scanners operation, laser scanners division and practical application of laser scanning technology. The next part is practical. Detailed procedure of Centre for Advanced Innovation Technologies focususing by ScanStation C10 scanner made by Leica is described here. The procedure of point Cloud processing in Leica HDS Cyclone programm is described as well. The thesis also includes visualization of created 3D model and points to the alternative software for the model presentation.
