Abstract

This thesis deals with the employment of people with disabilities. The aim of this study was to compare the employment of people with disabilities in specific institutions – the company KROK CZ, v. o. s. Hranice and Sdružení Most k životu Přerov. The theoretical part defines the legal regulation and explains the basic concepts related to the employment of people with disabilities. The further part analyzes the employment of people with disabilities under specific conditions of selected employers. In conclusion, an assessment describing the changes brought by the amendment of the Act Employment effective since 1 January 2012, comparison of institutions as well as recommendations how to achieve greater employment of persons with disabilities is provided.
