Umělecké centrum Praha – Holešovice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je regenerace brownfieldu v pražských Holešovicích. Cílem práce je návrh reprezentativního území celopražského významu na místě rozsáhlé neudržované zelené plochy s fragmenty po bývalých železničních opravnách. Vzniknou zde nové bytové a kancelářské budovy, doplněné o občanskou vybavenost. Nová zástavba bude navazovat na strukturu stávající zástavby, zároveň však bude obklopena zelení a ve středu území bude vytvořen park, respektující ÚSES. Ten bude doplněn o výstavní pavilony a venkovní výstavní prostory. Výsledkem diplomové práce bude návrh nového uměleckého centra s přilehlým výstavním parkem.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the regeneration of a brownfield in Prague's Holešovice. The aim of the work is to design a representative area of all-Prague significance on the site of a large unmaintained green area with fragments of former railway repair shops. New residential and office buildings will be built here, supplemented by social and public facilities. The new development will follow the structure of the existing development, but at the same time it will be surrounded by greenery and a park will be created in the center of the area, which respects territorial system of ecological stability. Park will be complemented by exhibition pavilions and outdoor exhibition spaces. The result of the diploma thesis will be the design of a new arts center with an adjacent exhibition park.
