Ochrana zákazníka na energetickém trhu

Abstract

The theme of this work is to protect customers in the energy market. The aim is to cross by Czech legislation on energy, collect legal measures, including the basic elements of consumer protection in the energy market and a set of measures that would facilitate customer orientation in its rights and obligations. The work is divided into three separate chapters. The first chapter describes the power from the perspective of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The second chapter describes the basic elements of consumer protection in the energy market. The third chapter deals with proposals and recommendations resulting from analysis of the essential attributes of protection.
