Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of personal bankruptcy and its social and economic impact on the debtor. The aim of thesis is to define the basic concepts related to dept relief, highlight the social and econimic impact of dept relief to the debtor, consequently using analysis of debt relief will evaluace in practice. Thesis could be a summary guide for debtors, who find themselves in a difficult financial situation.
