Abstract
This bachelor thesis is about autonomous mobile robots. Specifically, the thesis deals with the implementation of an autonomous mobile robot in Smartfactory, CPIT TL3. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the history, the principle of functionality, types of mobile robots and their use. The experimental part of the work is devoted to the design and subsequent implementation of an autonomous mobile robot. The task of the mobile robot is to operate the production line, take over the manufactured products and then deliver the products. The thesis describes the individual steps that were necessary for the commissioning of a mobile robot, such as creation a virtual map of space and creating a network for communication with a mobile robot. The main part of the experimental part deals with testing the accuracy of moving the mobile robot to individual positions and creating communication between the production line and the mobile robot. The end of thesis deals with the possibility of cooperation of two mobile robots. The result of the bachelor thesis is an autonomous mobile robot that is capable of automatically operating the production line.
