Abstract

The bachelor work is focused on the company Hyundai Dymos Czech s. r. o. The aim is to assess the selection of employees in the company and suggest possible improvements. In the first part I am explaining the basic concepts of human resource management and its theoretical knowledge. In the second part I am introducing the company and its the method of recruitment and selection of employees as it is implemented in the company. I am describing the recruitment process, the assessment team personnel and documentation. The conclusion of this work contains some suggestions and recommendations for the company.
