Abstract
The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of psychosocial risks and their impact on employee job satisfaction and performance. The theoretical section focuses on the impact of digitalization, the legislative framework, and the theoretical foundations of work-related stress and motivation. Key models of stress development, such as the Karasek and Siegrist models, are specified. The practical part is based on quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey, which examines employees’ experiences with time pressure, lack of autonomy, an unfavorable social climate, and organizational injustice. The research results demonstrate the comprehensive and systemic impact of these risks on job satisfaction, performance, and the personal lives of employees. The findings are supplemented in the conclusion with proposals for comprehensive preventive measures and systemic changes in work organization.
