Abstract

The aim of my thesis titled as The Prefabricated Container House in the passive standard was to create technical documentation including technical description and drawings for the specified object. The work consists of construction of a thermal technical study of daylighting and glazing, sound appreciation of heating and ventilation, the design of inner sewerage and evaluation of the individual parts. The building was designed to meet the requirements and principles of passive construction. The goal was the simplest design that would meet the highest requirements such as rapid construction time, strength, durability, subsequent recycling of construction and the passive standard within low budget. All those requirements are met. The project is conceived as an industrial building. Its goal is integration and extension of a similar project type with rapid construction for the standard family housing.
