Abstract

The thesis is aimed at hop growing in Czech Republic. History of hop cultivation in Bohemia is described here together with hop regions, agricultural technologies, hop varietes, the year cycle of hop growing, prices for hops and its profitability. The result of economical analysis of hop cultivation in Czech Republic it the proposal of the most suitable way of hopgrowing in the relation to hop varietes, growing technologies and the area, where hop should be cultivated.
