Analýza účetních výkazů pro poskytování úvěrů malým a středním firmám v České republice

Abstract

Aim of this thesis is to analyze financial statements, the Bank requires applicants for a loan in order to determine whether the bank is willing to give us credit. The work is divided into three main chapters. The first deals with the characteristics of the banking system, banking products, types of banks and other financial institutions. The second part describes the various loans. In practical analyze financial statements (income statement, balance-sheet, cash flow, the time structure of assets and liabilities, off-balance sheet). From the data of financial statements I created financial analysis. In conclusion, I suggest types of loans for the analysis.
