Abstract
Content of the bachelor thesis is to design building part of project documentation in degree documentation for building permit and two option solution roof (option 1 and 2), including the thermal-technical appraisal of its qualities and financial comparison both option solution roof in street Májová in the center of village Těrlicko. Option 1 is a one layer flat roof and option 2 is a two layer roof maden from roof timbers. There are 2 entrance, three-storey with basement in residential building with 12 housing units. The selected option is further design to technological procedure.
The purpose is a thermal-technical and financial comparison one layer and two layer flat roof.
