Analýza a zlepšování systému měření u dodavatele automobilových součástek

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis and improvement of a measurement system at an automotive parts supplier, with a focus on attribute measurement in visual inspection. The aim of the thesis is to assess the capability of the selected measurement system according to customer requirements and to identify possibilities for its improvement. The theoretical part defines MSA, the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, and the specifics of visual inspection of surface defects. The practical part evaluates the visual inspection of aluminium castings using Fleiss’ Kappa, focusing on agreement between operators and agreement with expert reference evaluation.
