Použití bakteriálního loužení při dekontaminaci sedimentů Černého příkopu

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the method and the use of bacterial leaching at decontamination of sediments from Černý příkop area. These sediments are contaminated by many organic pollutants especially by Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), Hydrocarbons C10 - C40 and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). It also describes individual organic pollutants according to their general characteristics and their effect on the environment and human health. The aim of this thesis is a laboratory check of the effectivity of the bacterial leaching with injected bacteria of Pseudomonas putida and Rhodococcus species genera.
